Return Policy for the Trumpets of Tirzah Shop

Kingdom Money Transfer

We operate on Kingdom principles. We believe in supplying quality items and once something has been paid for, that money enters into the Kingdom of God for God's purposes. We provide Christian items as a way to help fund our ministry and pay for our overhead costs so that we can continue to equip God's children across the earth.

Defective Items

All of our items get shipped directly from the manufacturer, except for our anointing oils and lotions. That means we are not able to do our own in-house quality control and approval prior to shipping. Every product we sell, we have ordered our own sample items and have been very pleased with the quality which is why we offer them to you. We have trustworthy manufacturers that are all in the United States. If for some reason, you receive a defective item that has a design flaw or manufacturing flaw, we will be happy to either refund you or replace it.

Refund or Replacement Requests

If a refund for a defective item is requested, the item cost will be refunded but the shipping cost will NOT be refunded. We apologize but our ministry is unable to take a loss and recoup shipping costs.

All requests MUST be made within 7 calendar days by sending an email to: info@trumpetsoftirzah.com Include your order number and photos of your product in the request email. If you have further questions, you are always welcome to call our office: 951-377-7931.

For hygienic reasons, lotions are oils can not be refunded. Although we package these with great care and lots of cushioning, if something gets broken, we will be happy to send you a replacement.
